Art Deco Rock Crystal Flapper Necklace

What an exquisite find! This long 34" necklace is hand knotted with graduated faceted rock crystal cubes. The natural quartz crystals measure from 6.9mm x 6.9mm to 10.5mm - 10.5mm. This is a stunning example of fine flapper jewelry from the 1920s to early 30s. The stones have wonderful brilliance and show flashes of prismatic colors. The knots are tight but do show some slight discoloration from age. Slight flea bites along facet edges as is typical of a piece this old. The necklace is secured by a silver tone (unmarked) barrel clasp.
