Celluloid Flapper Walkie Pin

This adorable two part pin features a stylish Flapper walking her dog. Accented with rhinestones and hand painted. The lady is 3" tall and her dog measures 1 1/4" x 1". The "leash" is 2 1/4" long. The pin is secured by safety pin type clasps. Good condition, one rhinestone is darkened and two are cloudy, some wear to the paint. Circa 1920s.
