Lucite Owl on Root Beer Bakelite Chain

This is a fantastic vintage retro lucite owl on a 30" Root Beer Tortoise Bakelite link chain. The owl measures 2 1/2" by 1 1/2" with high polished goldtone convex eyes. The detail of the owl is exquisite. The chain has 20 links measuring 1 1/2" by 1/2". This necklace is truly special, unique and beautiful! Circa 1940.
