Square Japanned Peridot Green Rivoli Rhinestone Brooch

This beautiful brooch is set with an exquisite square peridot green rivoli and surrounded by dark green, light green and olivine colored rhinestones. The metal has been japanned which enhances the boldness of this brooch. The high dimension also highlights the glass rivoli center. The brooch measures 1 5/8 x 1 5/8. Very good condition, with some loss of japanning on the clasp mechanisms. Circa 1960s.
