Vintage Genuine Amber Necklace

This beautiful old amber necklace is hand knotted on silk cord with round and oblong amber beads. Honey colored and transparent the beads display crazing typical of old amber, and natural inclusions including a tiny mite! Actual insects within amber make the amber much more rare and valuable. See the last picture for detail. The necklace is 25" long and secured by a sterling silver with gold wash clasp. Very good condition. Circa 1930.
