This vintage round mosaic brooch features a floral bouquet in a field of blue created from colored glass tesserae. The round brooch is set in gold plated metal with a scroll work filigree frame. Signed Italy. Mosaic jewelry is popular with tourists travelling Italy, and makes a wonderful keepsake and memento from the trip, and has been popular since the 19th c. Measures 1 1/2 in diameter. Very good condition.
